James Corbett — co-founder

Mission

Cut retail crime by 50% in five years by uniting retailers and police on one shared, privacy-first intelligence platform.

Beginnings

Started in 2012 by three Auckland uni friends who learned retail theft cost NZ nearly $2M a day — and proved shared data could stop it.

Why people join

85,000+ stores and 3,500+ police agencies use Auror, with teams in Auckland, Melbourne, Denver, and London.

The bigger picture
